Shelf Life

Your gummies will stay fresh in the refrigerator for 2-3 weeks in an airtight container.

Dosage
Adults: 3-5 Gummies per day 
Children: 1-3 Gummies per day
If you feel a cold coming on just up the dosage to 3x per day!
