PRODUCTS

Will any of the products expire or need special care?
Our Elderberry Elixir is made in fresh, small batches weekly and has the longest shelf life when refrigerated. The average shelf life is 1-3 months after opening depending how it is stored. You can also freeze half in a plastic container until you are ready to use the rest! 

 

The rest of the products should be stored in a cool dry place. 

 

Can my baby have the Elderberry Elixir?
Babies over the age of one can have the normal Elderberry Elixir with honey.

It is recommended that babies under the age of one do not consume honey. Babies 6 months - 1 year are recommended to take the Baby Elixir with Organic Agave instead of honey.

 

Why does my skin tingle after I spray the Magnesium Oil on my skin?
The majority of Americans are deficient in Magnesium. The tingling sensation felt after applying the product could be an indicator of magnesium deficiency and will go away after a few uses. If the sensation is overwhelming please wipe off and use on the bottom of your feet for a few weeks before trying to use it on other places of your body.

What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns, if you have any concerns or questions about your products please contact us for additional assistance. 

 

SHIPPING 

What shipping carrier do you use? 
We use USPS to ship all of our packages. 

 

What is the turn around time? 
All orders are shipped 3-5 business days after they are placed.

 

My package was damaged,  what do I do?
We are so sorry that happened! Please send us a message with the order number and details along with photos of the damaged box and/or product to hello@krisheals.com. In order to better assist you, we ask for this information to be provided within 48 hours of receiving the package.

 

I used the wrong address for shipping, what do I do?
Please email us the correct address as soon as possible, if the order has been shipped already you will have to send payment for delivery fees again to cover the price of the new label.
