Tips
*for children: use 1/2 of bag for first bath then 1 full bag for regular use
adults: use entire bag once every 2 weeks or once a week
all ages can gradually increase to once a week for optimal detox
Detox Protocol:
Children- adults: Work your way up to and make it a habit to take bath once a week for ultimate detoxing! Increase to 2-3 times a week during sickness/ illness.
