First time using magnesium.I stumbled across the IG page. And i can’t even put into words what wonders it has done in the first few nights! I sleep soo much better i place a bit on the bottom on my feet along with some on my shoulders because they always feel so tense! And i wake you feeling so relieved! I suffer from migraines so I rubbed some ointment in my temples and woke up with no headache which is rare!! I was shook to say the least! This stuff is amazing! I highly recommend.
